Confirming Bookings
All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in the Booking Confirmation, at the rate specified.
Checking-in
Check-in takes place at Reception unless otherwise arranged Standard Check-in is at 2PM Standard Check-out is at 10AM After hours Check-ins must be pre-arranged with centre staff No late check-ins are available after 12AM
Cancellations
To receive a full refund on any cancelation it must be applied for in writing to Foothills Conference Centre no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled check in. If your booking was made through an external site such as Booking.com or Expedia, your cancelation must be processed directly through their booking site. A cancellation fee of one full night’s accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival time. Refunds are only processed during Office hours Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Payment
Full Payment is required to secure booking. PIA – Payment in advance is required minimum 48 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given to any early check-out. Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation.

No Meals are included in Accommodation Bookings. Manned Reception Hours are: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM Saturday 12PM-7PM Sunday 12PM-5PM (These times may alter on public holidays & may be extended during scheduled conferences)
