1. Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery

2. Beechworth Bakery
Indulge in some nostalgic treats at Healesville’s most famous bakery. Made with the freshest ingredients, Beechworth Bakery serves up a range of cakes, pastries, pies, sandwiches, and rolls every single day. Well known for their friendly service and warm atmosphere, this is the perfect place to relax and warm up before heading back outside.
3. Healesville Sanctuary
Not far from Beechworth Bakery is Healesville Sanctuary, where you can get up close and personal with some of Victoria’s amazing wildlife. Open from 9am, you’ll be sure to learn something new while listening to the zoo’s range of free talks and shows.
4. The Innocent Bystander
When you’re ready to finish up at Healesville Sanctuary, head to The Innocent Bystander for a late lunch. With an extensive lunch menu (featuring their wood fired sourdough pizzas) and a regional wine list, this is the perfect place to enjoy a long lunch with friends.
5. Four Pillars Gin Distillery
If you’re keen for an afternoon pick me up, the Four Pillars Gin Distillery is the place to do it. At the distillery door, walk-in tastings are available at $10 per person until 5:15pm every day. During these tastings, you’ll learn how to taste gin property and how to pick up the variety of flavours featured in the spirits.
